Pricing Information
Our homes and additions are custom designed by our in-house Architects and priced very competitively with other custom, Architect-designed projects.
Excluding the cost of your site and any site work (excavation, utilities, etc.), the starting price for
- an average addition is usually $100,000 – $400,000
- an average carport or screened porch is Per Estimate
- an average garage is Per Estimate
- an average (3-bay) conservatory renovation is usually $100,000 – $140,000
