Important Update for our Acorn Deck House Community
Dear Valued Customer,
We know that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is at the top of everyone’s minds during these unprecedented times.
We wanted to reach out and let you know that Acorn Deck House Company is currently taking every effort to protect the health and safety of our employees, our clients and our communities, while still providing outstanding service during this time.
Therefore, we have implemented the following policies, effective immediately. We will continue to update you on any variations to our policy as we navigate this ever-changing situation.
- Our office is open and we plan to maintain regular hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm) and availability for phone and email support; however, we are limiting walk-ins at this time. If you would like come by to discuss your project or pick up parts, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
- Factory tours will be unavailable until further notice.
- All employees are continuing to contribute to a healthy work environment by frequently washing hands and using hand sanitizer; avoiding touching their eyes, nose and mouth; keeping a safe distance from other people inside and outside of work; and planning to stay home if they, or a family member, are ill or feverish.
- We have implemented extra cleaning precautions by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, common areas and frequently-touched objects throughout the day.
